Silly Old Bear wants you to be delighted with your order. If for any reason, you are unhappy with anything you receive from us please return it to us within 14 days and we will replace or refund you. Please make sure that goods are returned unused and in the original packaging.

Postage and Packing

Within the UK, usually Royal Mail will deliver your order, but larger orders will be sent via ParcelForce or DHL.

For overseas delivery please contact us.

Industrial Action

During strikes, we will endeavour to dispatch your parcel through courier service.
